Develop your confidence to manage inclusively

 

Helping organisations to become more diverse, inclusive and fairer workplaces is central to our mission. We understand the fears associated with the risk of “getting it wrong”. Theatre People will work with you to create safe spaces for you and your managers to explore equality, diversity and inclusion considerations, and develop your capability and confidence to lead on this vital work. We work with associate trainers and facilitators with a diversity of lived experience. 

Our work has included:

  • developing bespoke EDI training for managers and other staff groups

  • providing support to establish and facilitate staff inclusion groups

  • advising on the development of strategic EDI action plans

  • reviewing and creating EDI policies

  • creative inclusive recruitment and performance management processes.
